New Years are symbolic for a time of rebirth, and many students have upcoming events for this year, such as trips, new classes, and goals. In this Humans of Fishers, students share what they are most excited for in 2017.

junior Katie Ruda: “I’m excited just to learn how to drive because it’s been a long awaited process for me to get my permit and learn how to drive and kind of just be more independent,”

Math Teacher: Steven Curtis: “I am looking forward to my daughter going to kindergarten in 2017,”

junior Lyndsey Andrus: “I’m going on a lot of vacations and trips, so that’s going to be lit. I’m going to Hollywood with the marching band in the fall and for spring break I’m going to Florida, so I’m excited.”
