As a teenager in Fishers, it can be hard to find engaging, entertaining and decently priced places to hangout outside of home. If you are looking for these types of spots, those below are some of the best ranked in order.
5: Adrenaline
Adrenaline is a trampoline park with a variety of options, such as a dodgeball zone, rope course and zipline. Other amenities include a concession stand and arcade. The park is open all week and is most popular around 3:00 PM. Pricing depends on when attending, as weekdays are $22 and weekends are $25. Adrenaline also hosts events such as birthday parties with pizza included. The park is a fun, affordable option for a day out with friends.
4: YMCA
Another great option is the YMCA. While membership is advised, it’s possible to purchase a day pass with prices ranging between $5-15. The Fishers YMCA offers two different pools, a Subway and additional areas to workout. This can provide active teens with a great experience at a good cost.
3: Pinheads
Pinheads has several amenities such as a bowling alley, Alley’s Alehouse and an arcade. The restaurant offers music bingo most Fridays as well as service to bowling lanes. The place can be a bit pricy, specifically on Saturday nights with lane reservations costing $70/ lane/ hour, but for a fun night out it is worth it.
2: Fishers Event Center
The Fishers Event Center is a relatively new addition to Fishers, having been opened Nov. 22 of last year. It includes several weekly events such as concerts, volleyball games and hockey games. The center has food and drinks, which can be on the more expensive side. The variety of happenings and indoor areas make the Fishers Event Center a great outlet for winter entertainment.
1: Hamilton Town Center
The most versatile spot to go to around Fishers is Hamilton Town Center (HTC), an outdoor mall. The mall offers several stores, restaurants and activities. Teens can paint pottery, make bracelets, find some new gear and stop for a bite at restaurants like Five Guys and Qdoba. Further places teens can visit include the Emagine movie theater and dog park. HTC is also only 1.6 miles from the Ruoff Music Center, giving those in town for entertainment a spot close to their venue to visit.
