COVID-19 collections: barren stores

Stores in central Indiana are low stocked due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Residents are stocking up on goods as schools close until May 1.

Senior Lily Sharp smiles and laughs while being crowned homecoming queen. Looking out and supporting Sharp from the stands was Junior Larkyn Muth, who looked back on the night and said, “The game was super fun, my choir got to sing the national anthem and one of my best friends won homecoming queen,” Muth said. “It was just an overall fun night!” The Homecoming football game was on Sept. 22.

I always want to make sure that we are cheering loud and getting all the classes involved.” Fishers lost the game to HSE with a final score of 35-34 on Sept. 8, 2023.

Juniors Jacob Richardson and Cory Wilcher perform during Electrum’s practice a day before Spotlight. “For a sound show we put on the stage right stake and then we help with costume changes,” Strahan said. “For electrum we hand off the mics and help everyone with their costume changes at the end of their ballad.” Spotlight was held Feb. 5.

“My favorite part is the firecrackers,” said Raavi Dhanrmadhikari. A big part of the celebration of diwali is the firecrackers. The next time Diwali will be celebrated is Oct. 24, 2022.
