Local shops to buy vinyl’s and not break the bank

If in search for local locations to get your vintage vinyl fix, there is no need to search the internet for hours on end in hopes to find some new music. There are many vinyl shops around Indianapolis and multiple local antique shops contain vinyl for purchase.

Indy CD and Vinyl in Broad ripple, offers a large array of music in every genre for all listeners. The store has used and new vinyl’s and CD’s for purchase in multiple price ranges, and discount buckets for customers so there is no need to worry about breaking the bank. This music shop also has various musical merchandise for purchase, such as band t-shirts, posters, and other memorabilia. When purchasing vinyl from this shop there are multiple turn tables to test any records buyers are interested in purchasing.

Irvington Vinyl in Indianapolis also offers a large musical selection from artists like “The Grateful Dead” to “Richard Thomas.” Their emphasis is quality at affordable pricing, making their base pricing $4.99 for most LP’s. They are constantly searching for new vinyl’s as well and accept old records and will pay for them. If they do not have a vinyl in store that customers desire as well they will custom order it online and have it shipped to their store.

Though the music shops are the most direct place to by vinyl’s, they are not the only locations available to do so, many antique shops such as the Noblesville Antique Mall, sell smaller stacks of vinyl’s from all genres cheap. Facebook garage sale groups are also an easy way to search for local record sellers.
