ISSMA competitors celebrate medals

February 6, 2019

Anxious musicians make their way to Noblesville High School for the annual ISSMA competition on Feb. 2, 2018. Each year students and young musicians get the opportunity to play in front of a panel of judges to receive a grade depending on how well they performed. When they receive a medal it can be a gold, silver or bronze medal, and there are two categories for the pieces. It will either be in group one or group two. If the piece is in group one and the performer has earned a gold medal then they will proceed to the state competition on Feb. 23.

I love this article Kristen!! But I think you should have included Helen in the quartet cause it’s confusing to read quartet and only see three names.
