Early in the third quarter, senior R.J. Potts scored a touchdown to make the score 21-7. Noblesville scored soon after, making it 21-14 Fishers.

With less than two minutes to go in the game junior Seth Sonitch got an interception. Senior running back Trevor Newman then ran the ball in for twelve yards to make the score 28-14 Fishers.

The Millers did not manage to score again and were defeated 28-14.

“I’m really proud of how the team came out and fought from start to finish with no letdowns, we’re picking up momentum and it’s going to be an exciting postseason,” Wolff said.

Fishers will move on to the second round of sectionals on Nov. 4 and face the Carmel Greyhounds who defeated Hamilton Southeastern.
